نقش انواع روش‌های حمل و نقل بر رشد اقتصادی ایران با استفاده از سیستم معادلات همزمان

چکیده
این مطالعه با رویکرد ترکیب رشد اقتصاد کلان با عرضه و تقاضای حمل‌ونقل، نقش انواع حمل‌ونقل بر رشد اقتصادی ایران را بین سال‌های 1400-1380، به روش سیستم معادلات همزمان (3SLS) بررسی می­نماید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که هر سه نوع حمل‌ونقل (زمینی، هوایی و دریایی) بر رشد اقتصادی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند، به طوری­که با یک درصد افزایش در ارزش زیرساخت‌های بخش حمل‌ونقل، رشد اقتصادی 2.10 درصد افزایش می‌یابد. حمل‌ونقل زمینی با ضریب 783/0 بیش‌ترین تأثیر را بر نرخ رشد دارد، زیرا حمل‌ونقل زمینی روش اصلی حمل‌ونقل کالا و خدمات در داخل یک کشور است. حمل‌ونقل دریایی با ضریب 0.571 عامل مهمی در رشد اقتصادی است، زیرا نقش مهمی در تجارت بین‌الملل ایفا می‌کند و حجم صادرات و واردات توسط بنادر و کشتی‌ها می‌تواند به میزان قابل توجهی بر نرخ رشد اقتصادی تأثیرگذار باشد. حمل‌ونقل هوایی با ضریب 0.037 تأثیر نسبتاً کم‌تری بر رشد اقتصادی دارد، ولی یک عامل مهم در رشد اقتصادی است، زیرا جابجایی افراد و کالاها را در مسافت‌های طولانی تسهیل می‌کند و منجر به افزایش بهره‌وری و رشد اقتصادی می‌شود. همچنین قیمت خدمات حمل­ونقل رابطه عکس  و عرضه خدمات حمل­ونقل، جمعیت و میزان درآمد رابطه مثبت و معناداری با تقاضای خدمات حمل­ونقل دارند. رابطه قیمت سوخت و کسری بودجه دولت با عرضه خدمات حمل­ونقل منفی بوده و رابطه بین میزان بار حمل شده و مسافران جابجا شده و تقاضای خدمات حمل­ونقل مثبت و معنادار می­باشد. توصیه اصلی مطالعه، گسترش سرمایه­گذاری در کریدورهای جاده­ای و ریلی جنوب - شمال و غرب - شرق (جاده ابریشم) می­باشد.
